The first year Steve came out he was wonderful to come out when I could be at my house 10 P.M.! Yes it was January and he was up on my roof at 10 P.M. He has been wonderful over the years making sure my wood stove is working properly. I had a problem with a small amount of smoke coming back into my house, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly.
