The company's field reps were always trying to sell things that weren't needed, like replacement filters and pressure gauge. They told my tenants that they should tell me the pool needed lots of new things, cause, hey, they weren't paying for it. Stay far away from this company

This company was very un- professional and arrogant! I had hired them because they were the pool company that was used by the previous owners of my home. They refused to install sockets when we asked them to install a railing in our pool. They ended up drilling too close to the pool perimeter. They did a very horrible job. Now we have to live with rust marks on our steps in our pool, which was left behind from their work!

Neighbor has same comany cleaning pool, they are being over charged and have not returned calls regauring issue.
