Very pleasant , very reliable, and very reasonable price.

I hired Pimentel to paint the cement foundation of my house. The existing paint was peeling off and awful. Pimentel came out and did a great prep of the surface and painted it with an obviously HIGH quality paint. I can no recommend them enough. I will hire them again when I need painting. They were nice, on time and super efficient.

They were willing to do reasonable "extras" to make it a good experience.

Pimentel quoted a price to finish a ceiling repair in our foyer ceiling and then paint the entire foyer ceiling. Person came twice to see it and to quote it. Other walls were quoted for separate future projects to consider depending how this foyer project went. Once they started, the owner/quoter wanted more money ($400.00 more) for the ceiling repair after they started painting the foyer ceiling first. I stuck with the original quote (that was looked at twice before receiving it). The owner/quoter said he would not warranty the work then. He tried to get more money once he got his foot in the door. He expressed anger that I stuck to the original quote. I expected him to be a professional since he quoted the work twice and it should have been performed and done accurate. Any unknowns should have been evaluated and considered in his original quote. His workers used my ladder and did a dangerous act (i.e. considered an OSHA violation) to reach the repair spot on the stairs. Besides that, they never even finished mudding the repair spot to make it level, before they painted over it. The owner/quoter was upset that the paint he was required to use from Sherwin Williams was more expensive then he thought it would be. He had the paint identification number for a few weeks so he could check. He stated that he had paid over $60 per gallon (he got 2 gallons). I checked with the store and they said he got his contractor discount and he did not pay that much. If he came back and fixed the ceiling repair and got it smooth (no shadows), then painted over it, then I would consider using them for the other quoted projects. If he said that when he quoted the original work (which he did come and see it twice) and messed up, I would consider giving them an additional reasonable amount for the repair. Once the work starts, I go by the fixed quote. We need to get the ceiling done for guests coming that weekend. They did leave paint on the ceiling light ring by the ceiling and some noticeable texture differences on the middle of the ceiling. I gave him a check for what he quoted, he refused to warranty the work.

Very professional. We will be doing some interior painting in a year or two, and if we end up hiring professional painters, they would definitely be on the list to ask for a bid from.

They were on time and got right to work. They really paid attention to detail and the work was high quality. all done at a fair price. If needed, I would use them again anytime.

Very reliable. Did the exterior of my home in one day. Missed a spot but willingly did it when it was pointed out to them. Would use again.

Pimental Painting is professional but not intimidating. They were very reliable, showed up on time, did a good painting job and then put all the furniture, curtains, etc. back when they were done. I will use them again in the future.
