Been using for over 13 years. They are wonderful and quick with responding back. They take care of everything and do the job right.

It went very well--they show up on time, did the work and I like what they did. My only ding is the tidiness of the work, that is, no wiping down of the soldering joints, no drop cloths, etc.

My father installed some new shower plumbing for us but when we tried it out, the water was cold. I knew who to call.....I have used Marino Plumbing for several years and have referred them to my real estate clients as well. John from Marino came out and resolved the issue in under five minutes. He knew exactly what the problem was. When I have my next plumbing issues, I will be calling Marino.

It was wonderful! He came out outside of regular business hours because I was having an emergency. He dropped what he was doing and came right out. We first got Marino from Angie's List and he is now our regular plumber and he always does great work. I called him today with a plumbing emergency and he called me back within about fifteen minutes and apologized and said he was out of town and couldn't work for me today.
His prices are always very fair and more than competitive. He has done so much for us and we are so happy with all his work.

Marino Plumbing and Heating were quick to give a well written quote and when the job could be started. They were not the cheapest company nor the most expensive but were the most professional. They showed up to do the install promptly, job took 2 days as they said it would. The install went smoothly, workers very, very, very polite and kept me informed of what was being done throughout the days. After the job was completed they went over all of the information for operation of the boiler with me. The job looks great, wires neatly attached, solder joints well done, boiler was sized down to fit the home size. The price is in line with other companies. Some of the other companies did not even send me a quote or sent it weeks after looking over the job. Marino Heating and Plumbing is one of the best companies I have used in recent years.

They arrived early, after I confirmed this was acceptable by phone. They removed their workboots to carry the equipment upstairs and downstairs, where it was carpeted. They did the job quickly, but correctly and Tony Jr even let me observe and explained the whole process to me as he was doing it (I love learning DiY stuff and I'm addicted to HGTV)! The whole project was finished on-time and for the exact price I was quoted. They even took the time to put the old toilets into trash bags so no water leaked onto my floors as they were being carried out.

Very well ! It should be noted that we have been using MARINO's plumbing / heating service resources for twenty-seven (27 ) years both in our present home and a previous residence.
The plumbers arrived well on time, were pleasant, and expedient to the requested work. They tidied up after their work was accomplished . Two small issues arose after the initial work was completed and was immediately resolved ( within hours of a phone call ).

They are very quick to respond. They do good work and they stand behind their work. They are not inexpensive, but they are worth the cost because they are honest.

"Little Tony" was extremely polite, professional, friendly, and almost sweet. Very very nice guy. He patiently walked with me through the house discussing how they would do things and emailed me an estimate within the promised time. This was my first time dealing with a contractor and so I had to amend a few things in the estimate to make sure there wouldn't be any surprises, which turned out to be a problem. Through my various calls to the office, I wanted to make sure that there wasn't any hidden charges that would pop up, like debris removal or a dumping charge or something. . I was very nicely assured that the quoted price would cover everything, and it did. But as they emailed me new amended estimates, the price stayed the same but some details were left out, I don't think intentionally. I called back and was assured that everything would be done for the quoted price. I assumed that the things Tony put in the original estimate would be done. Turns out I should have been more vigilant in the wording of the estimate. Here is where it went bad. We scheduled the work (WITHOUT SIGNING A CONTRACT! My bad.) and they showed up 30 minutes early, which is good. But Tony was surprised that we had not opened the walls yet. I told him he was supposed to do that and he said ok. But then he also said that CVPC pipe has a lower pressure capibility than copper so he had to put a regulator on the main water supply. Had I known this I would have gone with copper, but he told me there was no difference between CVPC and copper. Apparently there is. This has reduced the water pressure in our house. Tony gave me the option right there to go with copper, but everything was scheduled for that day and I decided to stay with CVPC. They started the messy work and finished on time and cleaned up as best they could. However, when I asked if they replaced the shower pipe, one of the guys said they didn't need to because it was brass! "Really?" I said. I didn't pursue it further (I thought "replacing pipes to 2nd floor bath" would include the shower pipe. Should have been more vigilant. My bad again). It was late in the day and they seemed to want to be finished with the job and get out. Turns out they didn't put the clean-out in the sink drain pipe, but put it in the main exhaust stack, above where the toilet and sink dump into it. Now I cannot snake the sink drain as I wanted to. And they did not replace the sink p-trap. These were the things that we left out of the revised estimates and I should have been alot more vigilant in the contract wording. But the topper is they never said anything about lead paint. I know I have responsibility as a homeowner, but I did not know I had two ceilings in the kitchen. A drywall ceiling was covering the gypsum ceiling which might have lead paint (we have 3 kids and a 4th on the way). The ceiling was so tough that they used a sawz-all and the one guy said its like cutting thru concrete. The sawz-all made horrible jagged edges, weakened the surrounding ceiling and also punctured the air duct. Drywall contractors are amazed at the sloppy way it was cut (with new EPA lead paint mandates, it will cost me more than $3,000 to fix the ceiling safely). I feel they should have stopped the job when it was evident there was an older ceiling and potential lead paint and I have should have been alot more vigilant in keeping the contract wording to what I needed done. And I should have insisted on a signed contract BEFORE the work was started. Stupid me I signed the contract AFTER work was done. Not smart. The re-routed basement pipe was done well and accurately.

Marino Plumbing did all the above work after a kitchen remodel. I can't give a price because my contractor for the kitchen subcontracted the plumbing to them. On the day the work was to be done, they were running a little late, so the office called me and arranged for me to leave a key, since I needed to be somewhere else when they were due to arrive. This worked out perfectly - I was not inconvenienced, and they were able to start work before I got back. They took about 2.5 hours to do all the work. They tested all hookups thoroughly before leaving. They only needed to turn off the water for about 20 min. to complete all work. The plumbers were personable, friendly to my kids, answered all my plumbing questions, and very efficient and neat.

Great even though the plumbers had to refabricate some of the new connection that would not work as supplied by manufacturer.
