LOWE'S

It took a lot of time to get to where we are right now. We put in a request to get the measurements done and it was scheduled in 3 days. It took them about a week before they got here. That upset me. We hope it doesn't take long before they bring in the door that we ordered.

The thing I like about it most is that it's close to my home. I go there often. If they offer a gift card again, I would definitely get again because I enjoy shopping at Lowe's.

I ended up having to call corporate on the contractor, Risen. I ended getting refunded by Lowe's for the door. I would never use Risen again as they did a terrible job.

My grades strictly reflect on the contractor that Lowe's uses, which is Risen. Lowe's was very helpful and cooperative, but the contractor they use is not good at all therefore my grade reflects that.

I had water damage and they had to remove the old carpet and install new in my bedroom and bathroom. They were here for five hours. They did great work and I even tipped them $20 each. I later found that they stole a designer Ungaro suit with a blouse and a knit dress. I wrote Lowe's an extensive letter about this situation and their theft, but they have never followed up with me. I also contacted the contractor that Lowe's hired for the carpet installation and he seemed very nonchalant and didn't try to bring any resolution to the situation and was not helpful at all.

They subcontracted the work.  I was happy with the work that was done, but I wasn't so happy with the timeline in which it was done.  We purchased everything and got the contract done in July.  They said it would be finished by probably the middle of August, and it's still not completely finished.

It was very good and they did an excellent job.  I have no complaints.  The tiling took a little longer than I had expected it would have taken, but it looks amazing.  The people at the Lowe's store were not very helpful, but the installing crew was excellent.
