+ -1 moreLeft transmission pan plug loose, two days later it fell out and I lost all fluid and broke down. Had to be towed. They also stole an expensive flashlight during the appointment, initially put in the wrong gasket which caused a leak and burnt oil smell, and had my car from 8:20am till 5:45pm (45min after close). Did I forget the two hand-sized oil spots on the interior. When I called to ask for a refund on transmission work, the owner, Jay, told me I'd lose in court and that I was "confused" about my flashlight's whereabouts.
Description of Work: Replace transmission screen and fluid. Replace differential hydraulic fluid. Oil job. Replace air filters.
