Horribly. I encourage anyone thinking about doing business with this outfit to check all the review sites. They are uniformly bad (except those he provided himself). If you can sense my anger and frustration then believe this is a place to avoid!

The first repair seemed to go well, except the clock stopped moving just a few months later. The second experience was pretty bad. They determined the music box was bad. When they couldn't find a box with the same music, they just selected one randomly. They did not inform me at any point. At home, I was dismayed to hear the clock play a different song. From my perspective, this was akin to taking my black car to get repainted, and having it returned with the trunk red because they ran out of black paint. Technically, they did the job, but the character of the clock was completely changed. When I tried to resolve with Brenda, things got worse. She admitted the problem, but did not offer restitution. When I asked for my money back, she refused, saying I had a new music box. When I asked for my money back except the $15 for the box, she refused again. Then she said the work had already been done. They made a mistake and refused to accept responsibility.

FAST SERVICE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE OR NEED AN APPOINTMENT. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

HOUSE OF TIME WAS UNSURE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO REPAIR MY CLOCK. I LEFT IT IN THEIR CARE AND WITHIN A WEEK, THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THEY NEEDED TO ORDER A PART AND IT MAY BE A FEW MORE DAYS BEFORE THE CLOCK COULD BE PICKED UP. TEN DAYS LATER, I PICKED UP MY CLOCK. IT WAS WORKING AND HAD BEEN CLEANED.
