 + -1 moreI was appalled at the overall lack of professionalism of this business. When after a heated conversation regarding not receiving the products we paid for, the owner said that they had over 1,000 deliveries on Saturday, as if that justified giving us poor service. The cou de gras was when before hanging up on me she said ''Well just don't call us again.'' Moreover, when we finally got the chocolates, they ran out of the nice ones and gave us 3 small boxes instead. I will never use this company again. They have no accountability.
Description of Work: Contacted company on their website to deliver floral arrangement and very high end large box of chocolates to be delivered Saturday May 13, 2006 to my mother for Mother's day. I specified a window of time of 10-1 Saturday as my preference. Delivery arrived at 4:30 pm with no call as to why they were late. Very unprofessional. Floral arrangement delivered but not chocolates. I called Mother to confirm delivery and was embarrassed to tell her she was shorted chocolates. Upset , she called the florist and was told by the owner that delivery person ''stole our order of chocolates and two others as well.'' She promised that she would personally deliver them Monday between 2-3 pm. Monday came and went. I got involved. I called the owner and she explained then that the driver could not ''fit'' chocolates inside of her car. When I confronted her with her previous inconsistency she claimed she had never said that.
