I was appalled at the overall lack of professionalism of this business. When after a heated conversation regarding not receiving the products we paid for, the owner said that they had over 1,000 deliveries on Saturday, as if that justified giving us poor service. The cou de gras was when before hanging up on me she said ''Well just don't call us again.'' Moreover, when we finally got the chocolates, they ran out of the nice ones and gave us 3 small boxes instead. I will never use this company again. They have no accountability.
