They had the furniture I wanted. They have a nice store, and I had already picked out the furniture that I wanted. The prices were within range of other places, and they are close to where I live, so delivery and set up was only $150 which is very good. I had already selected the furniture before I got there.

I bought a custom upholstered recliner, which I have had for over a year. Fluff and Styrofoam beads have been coming out of the bottom for 6 months. When the chair is in the relining mode and I really sink in a board inside the chair comes in contact with my sacrum. Pretty uncomfortable. The handle to bring the chair back to upright has become increasingly difficult to use.For the price, the quality is unspeakably bad. I think I could have bought a better quality recliner for half as much at Big Lots.

I was searching for a specific couch and was requesting help from a sales lady. She was going to contact another store to see if they had a floor model at a discount price. I never heard back from her. I have emailed her multiple times (from the email address she provided on her business card and through the website), but haven't heard back from her still. I am considering going to a different Gardiners because they have great quality, but terrible sales staff at this store.

I was finally contacted today and was informed they had the exact couch i wanted at over 70% off. Went to the store and help me purchase it right away and even helped ensure i was not getting a stained or ripped couch.
