Tom arrived at the scheduled time, maybe a couple of minutes early, and did a thorough cleaning job.  I was very satisfied with every aspect of the job.

Fantastic. Scheduling was  easy. Professional, very knowledgable. Tom showed up right on time. Worked very hard for 3 1/2 hours. Took the ductwork apart, thoroughly cleaned everything. Utilized powerful HEPA vacuum. Removed tons of debris that had been accumulating for many years. Extremely hard working and efficient. Gave me a few suggestions including new chimney caps (at a very reasonable price)No pressure whatsoever. Will absolutely use again.

It went extremely well, especially the first service when they did the chimney sweep from inside only. Its not very clean work but they took the necessary steps to make sure there was no mess. When they were finished, you would have never know they just did a chimney was inside my house, it was spotless. That was real important to me and my wife. On the second service call to install the ring and fix the flue chain, again, work was done rapidly, and without any mess, both inside the house and up on the roof. Based on how often we use the fireplace, Tom suggested that we need only to repeat the sweep every 2 years.

Flue Masters was a referral from my real estate agent. Tom was very, very nice and he did an excellent job! He showed up on time, did his thing, told us about the life of our flu liners (this is our first home with a fireplace, so I didn't even know what a flu liner was), and when he left you couldn't even tell he'd been there. Highly recommended!

I like this provider because it is very personalized, they are very responsive and I feel like they are reasonably priced.

Tom was on time, communicated what he was doing, discussed work which needed to be done, but prioritized it based on what was critical vs. what should be done in the next 1-3 years. The chimney had not been used since we purchases teh house 6 years ago and not sure before then when it was last used. $175 for the sweep and service inspection, a good value for me. Glad to use him and would recommend. Schedule in advance as he is sought after or plan ahead for the fall/winter season. I was lucky to get a cancellation slot.

Excellent job. I have used this company for several years and I have always been satisfied with their work. They also repaired my chimney/flue when it was leaking, recommending and installing a new chimney cap.

The serviceman was on time, extremely nice, efficient, and careful not to damage any interior surfaces or objects. The job was thorough and he cleaned up completely after he was done. A beautiful job.

WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY WAS ABLE TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THERE WORK. THEY ALSO GAVE GOOD INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NEXT TIME WE USE THE CHIMNEY.
