The workmanship was excellent. The speed of the project was excellent. The follow up was excellent. The major home addition had very few issues in the final walk throughs. It was an overall excellent experience and I would highly reccomend them.

12/3/2012 Remove bushes. They dug holes for the footers. Uses surveying tools to the set up the deck to be level. Electricians came and moved our electric line to the corner of the house and ran it just below where the deck was to be attached to the house.
12/4 Dug holes. Materials arrived no damage done by the delivery of materials. Built Footers for the holes. Attached Board to the back of the house for the deck. Poured cement into the holes.
12/5 Base of Deck built.
12/6 Stairs framed out. Posts cut for the deck. Finish materials arrive. First pieces of the deck floor attached to the deck. Dale took care to make sure that we did not have a short or long stair step going down in to our mudroom. After Dale and his helper leave I start to think that the stairs down to the back yard is not wide enough. I call Dale. He calls me back and agrees to talk about the next morning.
12/7 Discuss the stairs and Dale agrees to add two more stair frames. More and posts flooring are attached on to the deck. Rubbish and bushed removed.
12/10 Deck floor complete. Privacy lattice wall started.
12/11 Most railing has been completed. Last materials arrive.
12/12 Lights placed on posts. Steps completed. All work completed. All building material removed.

DALE AND HIS CREW WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY MADE THE REPAIRS QUITE QUICKLY AND I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE DECIDED TO ALSO HIRE THEM TO DO SOME PAINTING ALSO. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
