Crystal Cleaning

We've been customers for years. Yesterday (Sunday night) we tested positive for covid and called to cancel our cleaning today (Monday). Not only are they charging for a full cleaning, they suggested that they send a crew anyway! They said we could just go the (unfinished) basement. I can't believe they'd risk their employees like that! (And I have no doubts that they'd send a sick employee into someone's healthy house.) Beware!

Crystal Cleaning continues to impress me with their diligence, thoroughness and ease of communications. I'm so glad Angie's List research led me to this provider. Five months have passed since my last review so I wanted to update.

We are very pleased with Crystal Cleaning. They always do a great job & use non-toxic products that don't leave an overpowering chemical smell. The cleaning crew is very conscientious and they routinely put in the effort that is needed to get the great results that we appreciate each and every time. They are also excellent at communicating by text when they are on their way. It is also easy to discuss any issues with the owner (Crystal) and the manager (Ellen).

They actually come out, do a consultation and give you an estimate. We've been using them for years. I'd give them an A and I'd absolutely use them again. I've started using them 4 years ago and I'd give them an A.

Our cleaning crew does an amazing job.  I am so pleased with the service we receive from Crystal Clean.  I would give them my HIGHEST recommendation!
The cleaning crew always show up on time.  They work very hard and it shows.  When they leave my house it always looks perfectly clean!  I have some chemical sensitivity issues and I like that Crystal Clean uses safe cleaning products.  My house smells clean, but there are no chemical fumes left behind.  
My cleaning crew consists of 4 ladies who are hard working, responsive, and very sweet.  I am really happy that I found this company to help me take care of my home.

I have used Crystal's Cleaning Services for approximately 2 years now.  I am impressed with the services that they provide and are included with the house cleaning.  As an example I left clean dishes in the dishwasher with a few items in the sink.  I didn't have time this morning to unload and load the dishes.  When I arrived home all of the dishes in the dishwasher had been put away, in the right place, and those in the sink placed in the dishwasher.  They change the bed linens each time and place the soiled linens in the wash area.  I'm delighted each time to arrive home to a spotless home with everything in its place.  The staff is hard working and very nice.  If something needs to  be done and I've forgotten to mention it they take care of it. I would highly recommend Crystal Meeks's Cleaning services.

I've been very impressed with Crystal Cleaning.  They use natural products which is important to me.  Crystal came out to give me an estimate, and then for my weekly cleanings a crew of three came out to clean.  The crew is very nice, and they do a really thorough job.  The first cleaning was a more expensive deep cleaning, but well worth it.  The house sparkles each week after they've cleaned.  I highly recommend them!

I've used a variety of cleaning services before, including the big name franchises (never again!) and a private individual (unbonded).  Most recently, I had a cleaning person for two years who did good work, but became extremely unreliable - cancelling several weekly cleanings with no notice and leaving me in a bind when I had guests arriving.  I decided to select a smaller cleaning company that would had a small cleaning crew, to help ensure reliability even if one of the cleaners was ill.  I called Crystal and she worked with me to schedule, and then reschedule, our initial cleaning estimate and I loved the fact that she used email to confirm our appointment and then called to let me know when she was on her way to my house.  She made a great first impression at our house, looking very professional and making me very comfortable that I would feel safe having her crew in my home.  Our house was in very good condition having been cleaned weekly for years, but I had no problem scheduling the initial $200 cleaning and was very happy that she offered to deep clean my refrigerator for an extra $25.  I had her deep clean a second refrigerator for an added $10, and trust me, the $35 spent on these added items was well worth it! The shelves and drawers and glass were all sparkling after their cleaning!  After the deep clean, she worked me into her crew's weekly rotation and my cleanings are on my preferred day (Thursdays).  She emails the evening before to tell me the expected time that the crew will arrive, and then emails the day of the cleaning if they are ahead or slightly behind schedule.  I love her commitment to keeping me informed!  I also love that they provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment (but were willing to use my vacuum had I wanted), they use all natural products like vinegar and water to clean my wood floors, they change all of my sheets, are efficient (4-5 member crew cleans my house in a little over an hour), and they leave our home with little finishing touches like folding the top Kleenex or last sheet of toilet paper into a fancy fan design just like a luxury hotel.   Her prices are extremely competitive and I am definitely pleased!!!

After contacting the owner, Crystal Meeks, she came to our home and gave me an estimate.  We set up a schedule and they have been prompt, responsive, and have performed great work.  I am very happy with their services.

We have been using Crystal Cleaning for 4 months and we couldn't be any happier.  It's the best gift we gave ourselves in 2012!  Crystal, the owner,  is here cleaning right along side her staff.  They use all green products.  Our home has NEVER felt this clean.  They are thorough, efficient and very careful.  We highly recommend Crystal Cleaning.  We're just sorry we didn't change to this company sooner!

The owner, Crystal, comes with the crew to oversee the work and help. They do a great and efficient job. They are very professional and friendly. Great experience. I have told my friends about her. They are extremely reliable and dependable. The house is spotless. You don't always find such caring people today. They are very organized and responsive with scheduling. I can't tell you what a treat it was to come home to a sparkling clean house. The girls truly did an excellent job... I was very impressed on how thorough they were. The house looked and smelled wonderful! —

They came last week for the initial deep cleaning and will return once a month for general cleaning. Everything turned out great! I was really happy with the work they did for me. She even put up hooks for me and did a few extra things for me.

We have been consistently impressed with their attention to detail and quality of service.  We interviewed several cleaning companies before choosing Crystal Cleaning, and while there were companies with lower prices, we felt that Crystal and her crew were on the same page we were - focused on getting the house clean without filling it full of chemicals and perfumes.  For every minor issue we've brought to their attention, they've found a solution, and then followed through on implementation.  If we have a question about how something is getting done, it's explained to us, and then we get a follow up email after that week's cleaning, checking to see if our question has been completely resolved.  

Crystal and her crew are prompt, professional, and responsive.  Special requests are met with an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude.  We highly recommend Crystal Cleaning to our friends for their homes, and to our fellow business owners for commercial cleaning.
