Home Inspection
He spent over 4 hours in home inspection. He found mold on visual inspection in roof attic - which forced seller to replace roof.
He found some small mold in basement testing.
He however did not climb the roof - and inspected it with binoculars.(but he did find some small issues with it)
He is highly recommended.
