Paul did a wonderful job refinishing the floors in our 1955 house.  He even re-floored the bump out in our dining room that had been added seven years ago in order to make the floor consistent with the room.  We are very impressed with the results.  The floors look like new.  His workmanship is outstanding.

He did a great job and they still look wonderful. He put in a lot of extra effort. The floors had been stained previously and he suggested just doing natural and not to put any stain. I didn't have any mess. The machines that he used pull all the dust up. I expected to come home and everything would be covered in dust but it wasn't.  Everything was clean. He put all the molding down too. I told one of my neighbors about him. It is a year later and they still look really nice. I was very happy with him. He was pleasant, very thorough and courteous. I gave him the keys to the house and he came in every single day. He gave me a date when he would be available and he was right on time. I really can't find anything I could fault him with.

The job went flawlessly.  It was a dream. Paul is a consummate professional. and very experienced wood floor installer  His work is top notch. Love my new wood floors!

He works alone which can make a job take longer than one might want but he is detail oriented, cares about doing a job right and well, and does not rush at the expense of doing the job right. He cleans after work each day and leaves the area accessible. Paul is a responsible and qualified contractor, we will use him again, and we definitely recommend him to others.

I had previously had my downstairs done in hardwood and was not very pleased with the installation. I got a recommendation from a friend and it was the best advice I have gotten in a long time. Chesapeake Hardwood Floors gave an estimate that was excellent. The owner even suggested that I purchase the flooring from the same manufacturer ( the same style) that I had used for my bedroom since it most likely would give a better match. I appreciated the honesty, The removal of the old carpeting was done quickly and the new flooring was completed on time and every detail was wonderfully addressed. The flooring is perfect!! They sectioned off one of my rooms to prevent dust from getting in. The clean-up at the end of the job was fantastic. In addition, they were friendly and very accomodating. I would recommend them without any reservation. If there was a place for an A+, they would get it.

Paul was very responsive to my original call. He was over in a couple of days to assess the problem and give me an estimate. We found a close match for the engineered wood flooring. After it was ordered and received, Paul was conscientious about following up with me for installation even though I was not easy to reach while traveling for my work. The work was done promptly, they were excellent about being careful with their equipment and cleaning up. The results were excellent and the price very reasonable.
