On 04/04/2011 I returned to have all the windows tinted again because of bubbles. I was told the bubble were caused by "dust".
On 04/30/2011 (aprox.) my wife took the CRV back because the rear window defogger sensor was off the window. I could not take it back myself because of severe medical problems. The person who was there was one of the ownere. His name is Ali, he is also the lawyer upstairs. Ali was EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife. He told her he was tired of us and to get out of his shop and never come back. She explained that John, the other owner had given her an appointment. Ali then went to the place where they hang the appointment papers and took hers off and tore it up and said "there now you don't have an appointment.
Eventually, after continually asking him to PLEASE just fox what they broke he agreed. But again he told her he would never work on the car again.
HOWEVER, ON 10/10/2011 I HAD TO TAKE THE CRV TO SAFELITE AUTOGLASS TO HAVE THE REAR WINDOW REPLACED. IT APPEARED AS THO THE SENSOR WAS NOT PUT ON RIGHT AND THERE WERE DIGS IN THE WIRES THAT WENT ACROSS THE REAR WINDOW.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN MY OPINION!!!
