Very smoothly. I appreciated the on line service tracker and the text message alert with my inspection report. Matt was fantastic on the phone. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was very honest and up front. On top of everything, they picked me up to take me back to get my car!

It didn't really fix the car. I likely would use them again. But right now I have a car that is under warranty. So I will likely go to the dealership until my warranty is up. The workers are excellent. They explained what they were doing, and I felt like they were being honest with me.

It's right down the street from us. It's a family-owned business and has been here forever. They're just very, very close to our house. It went perfectly well. They did a good job. They were very thorough. It was a $99 deal that included a synthetic oil change, and the synthetic is more expensive. They went over all the systems and did a complete 2-page report and they did some other minor work on it and it was all included in the $99. They're pretty good actually. They do a good job. They've been responsive. They're professional. I don't know about punctuality. We go to them. We're the punctual ones. They finished when they said they would finish, so in that sense they were punctual. At the other end, as long as we show up on time, in the past we've used them a couple of times and they have finished when they said they were going to. We just started using them fairly recently. We've had ours done and hers done, both. Ours was done earlier.

I haven't driven it enough to really be able to tell the difference because the service was just done yesterday. In terms of courtesy and responsiveness, that would be an 'A.'

Outstanding business. Extremely professional and honest. They first quoted us one price and then - surprise! - it was significantly less because they were able to return some of the parts, then later replaced another part at no charge. They've earned us as a life-long customer.

Caton Auto Clinic did a great job. The customer service is exemplary- the staff is very responsive and even called afterwards to thank me for my business. The only additional thing I would recommend is to have a service advisor review the results of the service and any recommended next steps. Otherwise, I plan to return for my next periodic service.
