Jay was thorough in filling in gaps with caulk and wood filler to prevent any future wood rot. He was timely in returning to apply a second coat. Jay's painting was extreemly neat and I did not find a single drip anywhere when he was done. Jay was more than helpful to remove old vents and replace new ones and would fix old imperfections in the paint before continuing, to include spackling and puddying. I have never liked the saying, "Good paint will fill inthe cracks." I am a firm believer that a "Good Painter" will fill in the cracks, and then he will use good paint. Jay also uses great quality Sherman William's paints. My house looks years newer and I love to look at it! Jay is quiet, friendly, and I must stress: Very Throrough.
Description of Work: I employed Jay's services after seeing him paint at two of my neighbor's homes. My front columns, picture window and porch ceiling were in desperate need of paint, since the paint original to my home was peeling off in large peices.
