This poor experience was with the Timonium office of Baldino.
The work was done well and professionally.  Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the  $103 service charge until after the

work had been performed and the invoice was given to us.  I had no problem paying for the labor and parts, but was frustrated to learn about an additional $103 "service fee" after the fact.  I called the Timonium office before paying my invoice to dispute the charge but they were unwilling to work with me on the fee.  I would not have used their services if I had known that their was this additional fee.

I been to a lot of different places, trying to get the key copied, and I couldn't get it done. They have a wider selection of keys which they can copy.

I got a same day appointment and the technician was very prompt and professional.  She knew exactly what was wrong and methodically went about fixing the problem.  Very good service.  Friendly and reliable.

Very pleased. Each contact with this company was professional, polite, and helpful. I was given over-the-phone estimates for the work including the cost if I brought the item in versus having someone out to the house. I didn't need an appointment, and when we came in the locksmith went to work right away fixing the lock. He quickly assessed and fixed the problem, spent a little extra time locking and unlocking it to be sure that I wouldn't have a problem once I got it home, and explained how over-filling the chest may have contributed to the problem. He even helped my husband carry the chest back out to our car.
