It went very well. Steve, the owner of Accent Remodeling, and his assistant were professional and courteous and paid alot of attention to detail so the outcome looks great. Steve will go the extra mile to make sure we are pleased, even replacing the pads under our sofa to make it easier to move to access the window. Every thing is put back where it belongs including the curtain rod and curtains, and the washer and dryer. We're very pleased with our new windows and with their work.

Steve stopped by my house on a Tuesday evening to take measurements, inspect the job site, and determine the scope of repairs to be performed. He called me the next day with an estimate, I agreed, and the work was scheduled for the following Saturday morning. On Saturday, he arrived as agreed and finished the job by early afternoon to my complete satisfaction.
