Awesome!!! Wonderful!! Everyone can't windows A/C. Sledge came and installed it wonderful... Reasonable prices.. If anyone need a furnace clear, water heater and A/C window. Used this company.

The technician was good but when I was discussing via Angieslist with I was never told there was a cost for the technician to come out, they just said what is your address we'll be there at x time and then as the guy was leaving he asked for payment. I could have used another service and paid less or at least had the opportunity to research costs. It turned out we really had no serious that needed to be fixed but the tech did provide some good information on HVAC systems. I don't like the way they blindsided me however. The cost of coming out needs to discussed UPFRONT with customers.

"I apologize to you, for making you feeling like we blindside you. We have a coupon on Anglieslist, that could have save you money on our service call. We, unfortunately we have to charge for our service calls to stay in business. But we do offer free estimate on replacement. I email specials to existing customer, that's in our database all the time . I have a $69 check-up special that I promoted all the time. You just have to mention it, when you call for an appointment. I recently sent out a $50 check-up special to all my customer. That has expire now. I would like to extend that offer to you for a year. You must mention the offer when you call for your appointment. Again my apology. The owner of SLEDGE TOTAL PROTECTION"

Wonderful...My call was answered by Josh who sent a technician immediately. Technician (Larry Johnson) arrived in the allotted time (30 minutes) and immediately diagnosed and repaired the unit. It was 20 degrees outside and having heat now is wonderful!! I truly appreciate how professional and efficient everyone was. I will definitely use and recommend this company again.

Sledge Total Protection LLC did a great job. They will follow up on phone calls. Mr. Larry cleaned up very well. They let me know on the phone what the cost would be before they got here. What they quoted is what I paid. Larry is very friendly and explains everything. He covered his feet before coming in the door. I will use Sledge Total Protection LLC every year for the annual furnace maintenance check. I believe they deserve an A+ and stars!

Mr. Sledge gave me a window between 10-12p and he arrived at exactly 10:00. Before arrival I received a text with GPS tracking to let me know where he was. During the furnace check he could tell that I had my air ducts cleaned. I was happy with the service he performed and will definitely contact him in the future.

We recently moved into our new home and it had an old furnace that needed maintenance performed. The Sledge team is great. Troy and his partner who's name I forgot were on time and very professional. They took there time and answered all my questions. They even fixed a minor issue with my nest thermometer for free. Overall I had a wonderful experience with this company and would use them again.

The gentlemen cleaned my furnace before the fall season hit and showed me the filter that was already in my united and yes a new filter was defiantly needed.

It went great Riondo showed up diagnosed the problem as a bad condensate pump. I've had two other techs come out and couldn't find the problem. It took Rio 10 mins. Prompt and professional. If I have anymore problems I definitely will be calling STP.

Troy from Sledge Total Protection showed up diagnosed the problem in no time. I was able to get the motor changed the same day. Troy was very professional and knew what he was doing. If I have any more problems Sledge Total Protection will be my first option.

The work went very well despite some follow on hick ups. Tony identified shortfalls in the old system and turned them
into improvements in the new system. He did exactly what he said he would do for us plus some and his follow-up after the initial installation to address expected hick ups were immediate and thorough.
