The company did not get off to the right foot. I work nights in odd hour so I always make it a point to tell the companies. Please text her email me first. They basically spammed my phone in several times. I finally answered and began setting up a consultation. It started off with them asking if I was the homeowner and then some basic questions. The woman on the phone then ended the conversation with " Make sure your husband's there so he can ask questions". I do not have a husband. I am a single woman who owns my home. There's so many things wrong with that statement. Why do I have to have a husband? Even if I had a husband why does he have to be there? What if I was married to a woman? I then even got a follow-up text confirming the appointment for Mr/ mrs Hare, after I already told him I do not have a husband. They then continue to spam. Call me for the rest of the day. I finally picked up once and the phone actually just went dead. I tried contacting them back. Never got a hold of anybody so left several messages. Nobody ever called me back so I finally ended up canceling, through a voicemail, my consultation. I will never use this company ever again.
