the guy was very nice and responsive but he is not at all good at computers. he doesnt use email and prefers to fax things. he did spend a lot of time at my house though trying to get the furnace fixed when it failed after he installed it. he seems very honest and hard working.

Mr. Cheatham did an excellent job. He came highly recommended by someone I respect and he lived up to it. He was responsive, punctual, an expert in his field, and HONEST!! He passed on a discount to me on part he received from distributor. He is very trustworthy and I would definitely use him again. My highest recommendation.
