Professional job. Good personality.

It was imperative that I I have my front door lock repaired immediately. So I called Brooks Lock and Security. I spoke with the lady on the phone who was quick and profressional. They had the repair man out to my place in just a couple of hours with the correct pieces for my lock. I was quite impressed with such short notice.
The repair man wasted no time getting right to work. He was profressional and knew what he was doing. He arrived did his job and left, all withing a short period of time. And the lock works great. I would definitely use them again. And the price was quite reasonable.

Company responded promptly to my request and it was late in a weekend day! The tech arrived at the property promptly and took care of the problem. Did I mention it was on a Sunday and they didn't jack-up the prices like some companies! I will use them in the future, in fact not sure why I would use anyone else.

I called Brooks Lock and Key Service, and I was greeted by a female and I described my problem, which was needing someone to realign my lock on my door, and she stated that she could have someone out to my place between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30p.m. It was approximately 2:30 p.m. when we talked and about 4:45 p.m., I received a call back that someone was on their way to service my call. He was prompt and appropriately dressed for the job.

I am satisfied with the services provided by them. I would continue to use them.

I'm a first time home buyer and closed the day before the service. I was told to get my locks changed as soon as possible. I called Brooks Lock and Key Service and we scheduled someone to come out the same day. They said someone would call to confirm my appointment window an hour before and they did. The technician first confirmed my request from the initial phone consult with the company. Afterwards I had a question and he offered two suggestions that I had not thought about; he explained the reasoning behind his suggestions. It was an additional lock change and single key use. He wasn't pushy and I accepted both suggestions. The technician explained everything he was doing and he was fast. I was asked how many keys I needed and he checked all the keys he produced. He stayed until I checked each key in each lock. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

A friend that used him and loved him recommended them. The person they sent out was wonderful. I loved everything about them. I loved their single-mindedness; that is the locksmith came in and did the job. He didn't dally and he did what he had to do. He explained what he had to do. He was very accommodating. There was a particular lock that he made an effort to match. I had all the locks changed and one was in an oil brass setting. He called his distributor and found a matching lock so he wouldn't have to change everything to brass. I was pleased with them. They were praised so highly by someone else that I didn't call other locksmiths to compare prices. They were busy and when I called to see if he was on the way, he explained where he was and that he would get to me as soon as possible. I wasn't given a set time. I would absolutely use them again.

The experience went well. He was on time and very professional. He offered some advice on ways to keep them smooth such as using some silicon to spray in the lock area. I was pleased with the job.

Brooks Lock and Key Service came when they said they would and installed the lock and deadbolt very quickly and efficiently. I thought their price was very reasonable. They were professional and neat. I would recommend them highly.
