Anchore Lock Service completed the job beyond my satisfaction. Mr. Robert was very professional, informative, and the work was done for a reasonable fee. The work was done in a timely manner and I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Robert was on time and was very cordial, and professional. Due to renovations being performed in the home, he recommended keying two side doors with one lock and keying the front and back doors with a separate lock to limit access by contractors. Robert also made some security recommendations for the doors and windows in the house. I plan on contacting him again to price some additional work. This contractor was so nice that the assistant actually helped us bag leaves while we waited for the locks to be installed!

He was professional, timely and thorough. He finished the work quickly.

He had just finished another job in Capital Heights. He was out in 30 minutes. He was great. He was a very nice and courteous gentleman. He was all that you wanted to in service company. If possible, I would give all A+.

I had gotten several estimates and Mr. Williams was, by far, the least expensive, plus he'd gotten good reviews on Angie's List. I called. He called me back, came over after getting directions (less than 3 hours from time of my call to his getting here), helped me make decisions about how to key the locks, replaced all of them and was incredibly professional. I'd definitely recommend him. He even threw in the keys for free.

The job was handled quickly, efficiently and well. No complaints.

The tech Jerome showed up in the middle of a very bad thunderstorm on time and ready to start the job. In the middle of the storm we had a power failure but he continued until all the work was done. All of the keys worked well the first time. Would sure use this company in the future.

I think I mixed my comments to this questions in this box with the one above but it went very very well! He was thorough, neat and efficient. His price was reasonable and he even gave me 3 extra keys. Oh happy day!!

I found the work went well, overall. Mr Washington called prior to coming and arrived approximately at the time indicated. He was helpful in giving me information of how to take care of my locks and was very courteous, fast and professional.
