Now check this out... The professional conversation initiated last week with All Pro Services office management. Communications were very polite and reassuring. I promised management that if the multiple installations and services were performed "as promised," I would be obligated to share my experience. Well... Their "APS" Team arrived on time. Here's where (75%) of my personal satisfaction approval rating begins. The team of Mr. Thomas, Tom, James, Jamar, and another very sharp young man reminded me of how the Chicago Bulls achieved their 6 UNBELIEVABLE League Championships Rings, when women's basketball was on the rise above the radar. We Love the WMBA! Now understand this. To the the office manager (Ms. Donna), Yes. You've earned this championship team rating for far exceeding our expectations. Instead of the hvac, heat pump, water heater, new thermostat, and FIVE carbon monoxide alarms requiring AN INSTALL OF 7 to 8 HOURS... These experts finished everything in under 5 or 4.5 hours! That has got to be a record the ACH&P League gives Championship Rings for. This team came with their game face on and performed with zero hiccups or delays. Wow. Thank you Dream Team for exceeding our expectations, way, way beyond what we could imagine. "And did I forget to mention how polite and professional these men were?" I sincerely promise that my referrals shall continue to flow and keep flowing with only one requirement. Don't add or compromise having the team synergy (supportively working as one system). I watched you closely, and you have this down to a science. You've all earned "30 Stars Ms. Donna!" Absolute PERFECTION.

First things first, I called initially regarding a leak within my A/C unit. Things seemed to run fine, except a week and a half later the leak persisted. So I called again. Please tell me how your HVAC technician couldn’t find or figure out where my line runs out to in my house and then failed to reconnect the connection between my thermostat and A/C Unit before he left? He was called out twice. TWICE. & he did the BARE MINIMUM to fix the problem that he was called out to do TWICE. I called to speak to the “financial department” and the lady told me that she would not be able to give me a refund, because ‘they came out and did a service’. What service!? My question is, how are you doing a service if a service wasn’t done? I literally called a family connect who came out, and fixed what your tech was called to do in a matter of minutes. MINUTES. Including, finding where my lines filter out to. Let’s not forget that your lazy tech did a walk around the same area and stated, ‘I would do more but I can’t figure out where your line runs to.’ I want my money back and I can guarantee you that I will not be using your services ever again.

Bill Royston of All-Pro Services was able to come out within a few days, examined the existing system, and provided the most detailed estimate that we received. He explained why his solution to the position of the vents was a bit more complicated but better. His follow-up crew was able to provide additional details on how they would handle some additional electrical work. The work was started within a few days and completed in a timely manner. We had working AC at the end of the first day, which was very much appreciated. The clean-up was complete and everything was left in good shape. I was impressed by the size of the crew and their ability to work on all aspects of the project at the same time. They worked hard and long and did a great job, including a lesson on using the new thermostat. We went from never being comfortable to always being comfortable.

Jerry, the service technician advised that the unit was leaking refrigerant and recommended using a "sealant" to correct the problem. I didn't feel comfortable with this option because the unit is ONLY 5 YEARS old. As a result, I did some research and found that Lennox has a known issue with refrigerant coil leaks for my model and was involved in a class action lawsuit in 2014. All Pro Services did not inform me about the known coil leak issues. After following up with All Pro the next day, I was told that I would receive a return phone call about follow-up service to identify the leak. The call was never returned, as a result I’ve been in the house suffering all weekend in 85+ degree temperatures with no air conditioning. Overall, All Pro Services does not stand behind the products sold and is only interested in making a quick sale!

I think there should have been some type of discount based on the 2nd repair was within a short time from the 1st repair and it was in the same exact spot as the 1st leak.

Excellent. Technician was punctual and very knowledgeable. Service was addressed without delay and any concerns I had about carbon monoxide investigated thoroughly. Price was just as quoted on phone.

They did a fantastic job, they actually responded the same day that I called them and came back and made the repair and when it didn't work they came back and ordered a new warranty and did another repair that wasn't originally identified.

This is rental property therefore I requested All-Pro Service contact me when the installer was on his/her way. The installer called when he arrived at the property but that was fine because he still had to wait until the delivery of the air conditioner arrived. He started his work until the gentleman arrived. Once he arrived Mr. Thomas went on with the installation. Afterwards he ensure that it was working properly and clean up all his work items. He was very professional and work until the job was done.

Technician came in did a tuneup on heater. Said it was in good shape for a 17-year-old gas furnace. He was very talkative and did a good job. We signed a contract so that his company good tuneup on our air conditioner in the spring. In the contract, they said they would initiate the call to turn up The air conditioner. By early June, they have not called. We called them to make an appointment. They came and tuned up the air conditioner. Said it was in good shape. All technicians have been friendly and professional. Plan to continue to use them.

The guys were in by 8:30a and out by 4:00p. There were three gentlemen on the crew and they worked without a lunch break.
They were professional, courteous and knew their stuff. When they left, you wouldn't have known they were there other than the house was cool. Not a spot on the floor, not a screw on the floor and the old system disappeared.

I called to schedule a service call and was provided an appointment on the following day. Rick called on the day of the appointment 1 hr before showing up to notify us he was on his was. Rick diagnosed the issue on our outdoor A/C unit and provided a price to fix the problem. Within 1 hr, our unit was back up and running and everything was back to normal.
The services provided were to my satisfaction and everything was done in a timely manner.
I turned out to need a new fan motor which cost $695.00. Great service, punctual and professional.

I called the company and Bill Royston came out on the scheduled day that was both agreed upon. I was given options and pricing. I had to go through my homeowner insurance and Bill Royston was very accommodating and flexible and this was VERY good for what I wanted done and the pricing. equipment. I am pleased with the handling of this project and will keep All Pro Service as my go to company and refer them to anyone who wants outstanding services.
