I lost my Infiniti's "intelligent" key, and discovered that the spare key was not functioning.
Since my car cannot be started with only the physical (metal) key - I was carless.
The dealer informed me that I would have to have my car towed in, so that they could provide me with a replace key fob, and program it to work for my car. Just the key and programming cost in excess of $200. With the towing fee, this would be super expensive.
I called Curtis Sheeler, the owner of All Auto Locksmith, and asked if he could replace and program a key for my car. He said "yes". He had to order the fob. So we set the appointment for three days hence. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He expeditiously programmed the new key fob. He also was happy to explain how it all worked - which I appreciate.
