2 guest bathrooms were done reasonably well. One guest bathroom had cracked grout along walls. Biggest problem occurred in the master bath. Since the tile and grout in the shower was dark - I did not notice the severe cracks in the grout along the base of the shower. I just discovered that for 4 months, everytime I used my shower water leaked through the poorly done grout and through the ceiling below. I had to call a plumber who cut a large hole in the ceiling beneath the shower and water poured out. Even the insulation in the wall was soaked and needs to be replaced. So, now I am shopping for a contractor to come and redo the shower grout - and other areas where it's cracked. Then, I have to have the large hole in the ceiling beneath the shower repaired. Needless to say - I am pissed. Additionally, the incompetent person they hired to do the plumbing screwed up the shower water handle. The handle only turned so far and would not turn far enough to produce cold water. I had to have a plumber fix that as well. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO DO ANYTHING DEALING WITH LAYING TILE, GROUT, OR PLUMBING!

No work was performed. Mr. Talat Yilmaz and his son came by to give us an estimate in refinishing the hardwood floors in our house. They promised to give us an estimate by email. When a week had gone by I called. I was told that the estimate would be sent. After another week, I called again. They promised to call me back, but never did.

Not well. I specifically requested that the grout line be 1/8 inch and it was 1/4 inch. In addition, and even more disturbing was that the floor was not level. Talat and his son agreed to re-order my "special order" tile and to replace the section of the floor that was not level. Eight weeks have passed and they have not returned.

GREAT experience. Talit is on time and and is all about getting the job done. He is honest and hardworking. When he gives you a time he is usually early. We had some glitches but he is addressing those, i.e. wrong size dishwasher and wall next to the refirgerator did not allow freezer side of side by side to open. Talit came on a Sunday to open the wall. As mentioned in previous repot Talit's English is limited but his son is fluent. Talit understands more than he speaks. The time they estimated to get the job done was more than reasonable and they stayed within the time frame and actually finished sooner that I thought possible. Yes I would ABSOLUTELY hire again.

He did a wonderful job. I cannot say enough good things about Talat. He is extremely honest, hardworking, & professional. I trust him so much that I gave him a key to my home. He did some painted work when I was on vacation. He is not very fluent in English, but this posed no problems as his son is very fluent. I would highly recommend Talat to anyone seeking great quality work at an exceptional price.
