Tiger Roofing re-flashed my chimney about 3 years ago. The picture is from last month and shows the wood around my chimney, which as you can see is rotted. I respectfully asked for my money back as it is obvious that the flashing was leaking and the response is shown in the other picture. The flashing was not done correctly in the first place which is what led to it leaking.

Roofers came to check on a leaking roof. Although it was only 10 years old we feared it needed replacing. It needed something much smaller (and cheaper). Work was explained and done promptly.

The representative arrived on time to inspect the damage and prepare an cost estimate for the job. He offered two alternitives, the first to repair the existing roof by replacing the missing shingles. He indicated that the repair would only give us at most another year or two before a total replacement was necessary. The second alternative was to replace the roof immediately.
We chose the second option and scheduled the date for the work to be completed.
The crew arrived at the agreed upon time and worked throughout the day, until early evening to complete the job. They were clean and my property was cleared of all debris when they left, just as promised.

I was very, very pleased with them. They were prompt and professional. They were here each day when they said they would be here. They worked until dark. It took them about three or four days to do the roof.
