So impressed by this man - he told me he didn't work on Bosch but was curious about the situation and asked if he could at least come by to have a look see as he was scheduled to be in the area. By this point I had nothing to lose so he came by, same day, and very long story short fixed the Bosch. Not only did he fix the Bosch he called the next day to make sure it was still working properly. I would hire this guy again in a heartbeat. He is professional and genuinely enjoys what he does. His enthusiasm is what led to the Bosch fix. We are so grateful to him, highly recommend.

Refrigerator not working. Diagnosed problem and advised us to avoid unnecessary repair that wouldn't last. Also put us in touch with factory ombudsman who got us a discount on a replacement even though out of warranty.

I have known and used Mike (Weber) for 13 years. He was the first (and only) contractor I have ever used. He is always available, is very responsive (I never have to wait very long for him to arrive), and is on time. He is professional and very pleasant. His prices are competitive and reasonable (I have checked the prices of parts on-line).
