Very well - He talked honestly with me about my options and costs; he stayed late one evening to look at the car at a time that was convenient for me; he called me as soon as the windscreen came in; the windscreen arrived with a paint mark in one corner and he asked me did I want to wait while he returned it or did I want a discount on the windscreen as is (I opted for as is); I left the car and he replaced the windscreen the following day and I picked it up that evening; the price was exactly what I expected except he gave me a generaous discount for the paint mark (which I couldn't find until he showed me); also he rubbed the paint stains (from the minor accident that resulted in the cracked windscreen) off the hood of my car for nothing; he was courteous and professional and never teased me for what was really a stupid accident. Hopefully I won't need him again but I have recommended him several times and will continue to do so.
