They do a really good job. They don't overcharge you. They do exactly what they're supposed to and they're very efficient. They're very courteous.

I use them for all my auto repairs.  In this case they repaired a tractor tire for me.

I took it in for the oil change and the office told me they were under new management, concerned me because I had no trouble with the prior management. In fact, I liked the way the prior management operated. Anyway, I thought whatever new management might be a good thing. The manager said he was going to change my oil for me himself and check my fluids etc., as if that was a better offer than having one of the other guys do it? I dunno, didn't matter to me up until that time, all the guys were capable of doing the job. Only took them about 45 mins to do the oil change, I paid. When getting into my jeep, I saw that they 'oil change due' message was still on the display and the window sticker was missing. I went back into Mr. tire and they were quick to address those 2 concerns only he couldn't clear the oil due message and was pushing on all my buttons. Made me nervous so I told him never mind I can get it cleared myself. I stopped at Auto zone on my way home because my jeep felt different. My coolant was empty, I immediately recalled the conversation where he said he was going to check/top my fluids. (What happened here, did he forget to put the coolant in as well?) I wasn't going to go back to Mr. Tire at this point so I purchased for $15 the coolant and added it myself. I week later, I was preparing for my trip to PA (approx. 200 miles on way) had my husband check my oil (as usual before any trip) and he informed me that the dip stick was empty. We called Mr Tire and the man started asking us if we checked the oil on level ground, and my husband asked him how many quarts of oil did he put in the jeep, the man hesitated and my husband asked him again and this time insisted on an answer. Do you even know how many quarts of oil should go into our jeep? My husband explained to him, that not all V8's take the same amount of oil, some take less but mine take 7 quarts. I was concerned that the 'manager' was not aware that my jeep took 7 quarts. Now I am concerned about driving a week without oil and wonder what kind of damage happened to my jeep engine and the prospect of driving round trip 400 miles. Needless to say, my husband drove all over looking for the synthetic oil (about 2 quarts) to just get me to Mr Tire. Mr Tire called us and added insult to injury by saying that we could put any kind of oil into the truck to get it there. (Yes, at times that is possible however, confidence that the old oil is properly drained is the only way and how they could even of thought we would consider that, is insulting to the care we provide to our vehicles is not the same consideration that Mr. Tire seems to have for our vehicles.)
My husband explained that it is a brand new $45,000.00 jeep and he was not going to put regular oil in it when we have been paying for (and hopefully getting the synthetic 7 quarts of oil). After all of this, I still need to drive 200 miles to PA. Mr. Tire did the oil change and I went to PA.

I had gone to some place else and they said they had patched the tire but it kept on going flat so I went to Mr. Tire and they were able to find the tiny little hole that was making my tire go flat and they did it for free.
