I started the process in Aug 2021 to have doors measured, ordered and installed. It took 2 months to have the door measured, which had to be done 2x because they could read the writing. Then it took another 2 months tha have the doors ordered as they were researching products. The first door was received in January. We were asked to wait for the second set of doors to be delivered prior to installation as it would limit the required trips. We agreed. The second doors were delivered to Lowes in March. It took anothe 4 weeks to schedule the installation. On the day of installation, the installer shows up and state Lowes lost the first door. They proceeded to install the second set of doors and found out the manufacture cut the incorrect size door. Installation was canceled. It is now 30 days later, many calls to Lowes with no return calls and I have no doors, no installation date and Lowes has my full payment since November. Made multiple calls to management with no follow on action. To have someone else perform the work the price will now be almost double with inflation and supply issues. This is the worst customer service ever.

We found Lowe's to have by far the lowest price on inexpensive-grade carpet and flooring, and their installation price was also very good. When we balked at the price of our original choice of vinyl, the salesperson quickly found a cheaper solution by selecting slightly more-expensive materials that were much less expensive to install. Responsiveness of the installers, however, was only fair for the vinyl installation and extremely poor for the carpet installation. The salesperson told us that since we were purchasing all items from what was currently in stock, we were eligible for three-day service. We weren't even contacted by their vinyl installer until four days had elapsed, and it's been a week now and the carpet installer hasn't even contacted us to set up an installation date. We've called Lowe's several times about this, and each time they say they'll contact the installer and then the installer will call us. Not yet!
The quality of work on the vinyl installation was good to very good, and extremely fast. We'll post data about the carpet installation when (if?) it finally gets installed.

They were quick, clean and professional. In hindsight I wish I had asked them to stay until I had closely examined their work. At first glance everything looked fine. The next day however we began to see a few small mistakes they made. Their were a couple of places around the bases of doors where the flooring was not completely flush. There was only I thing we asked them to come back and fix though. The finishing piece on the edge of the top stair had the nails poking up through the wood. You could feel them when you stepped on the stair with if you were wearing socks. They came out promptly and replaced the piece. Two days later the new piece began to wiggle when you stepped on it. We didn't follow up with it. Kind of decided "you get what you pay for" and we should have gone with one of the more expensive companies.

. The installer was on time. They were neatly dressed and very courteous. In their installation they were very professional. They finished the job very timely. They cleaned up all the garbage and debris. They swept the floor. They gave me instruction on how to care for the flooring. They recommended certain products to clean the flooring. They went above and beyond. They put in some extra decorative features to the hardwood after asking for permission to do so. They said that the wood that we purchased could be enhanced with those decorative features. We love it. We had looked at other places and all of them were more expensive. We would use them in the future.
