They give great service. I've used them before and I've always had great service. They found a problem with my air conditioner and fixed it, which I appreciated, as well.

They originally quoted me $238, including an a/c recharge. They figured out it was just the relay and replaced that. Turned out they didn't need to do the recharge after all, and I ended up spending less than originally quoted. Honest people. Don't mind the preaching on the radio though. Their Christian values show in their work.

The lady who owns the place runs the front and works with the mechanics, so it took a little while to check in as she had to keep going into the shop and answering phones, having me wait. Not a huge deal, but don't go if you're in a hurry. Not worth going to another provided for, though. Worth the wait.

They are excellent. Customer service wise, they call me up the next day to find out how my service was and if everything met my satisfaction. I would give them 100 percent. They are very good. They get it done and they get it done right and on time. They don't try to pad the bill.

I wasn't very happy with my experience. I have an old German car. I wanted an oil change plus tuneup. Initially, they said they could do both, but then after 30 minutes it turned out they couldn't figure out how to do a tuneup. Then the oil change turned out to be much more expensive than I was originally told. I know that imports are more expensive, but I would have appreciated being told how much it would cost before they did the work (especially since it cost almost the same as service at a dealership).

Very quick, it was done  ahead of time-  also had a coupon to submit to tire company for a rebate. Also, Val called me the next day to ask me how everything went

they were prompt, courteous- they cannot do electrical, but gave me reference as to who can help

They are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and they have good hours. They are very honest. They do not try to rip you off.

Laser Lube has very personable service, honest pricing, and hthey ave a great relationship with their clients. It is owned by a woman and that helps because I am not a car person and she shows me everything with what is going on and makes sure I know what is wrong.

Work needed is explained in a positive and clear manner with no pressure. The work is timely and appointments are convenient.

I have taken my vehicle here for a long time. I like that I don't have to wait more than 2 hours for all of the work to me done. The waiting room is basic but the work is reliable.
