"The extra charges were from extra work that was added on. Hey, will say if I am ever in the wrong and I do not fill like I was in all ways there was not an argument my guys were harassed and stocked by the lady next door. By all means, we should have never finished the job by the way my guys and I were treated and the homeowner never even come out of the house to defend us or to handle the situation that we should have never had to deal with after finishing I asked her to make sure everything looked good and she said great. She called and said she wanted me to come back and I told her no problem when I came back in town but I am the mean time I would try."

"We never took the client lights we took them up and put them in a 5-gallon bucket and placed them under the porch. We told this lady 3 times and the gentleman that was there. Some people are never happy no matter how hard you work for them."

"I have zero bad reviews. I am not aware of anyone who can cut grass in the rain. She called us, and we drove 45 minutes out of our normal area to help her out. We had less than 20 minutes' worth of work to be finished, and the rain started. Everything had been cut except for a small back field area, so I told the lady that I didn't normally come out this way, but that I would be back out there in a week or so and would cut that small area when I returned. She said there was no problem. I gave the lady a price that would have normally been $200 more, but we got the sad story about no one maintaining her lawn. Now I see why.
