Kepler Framing

I frequently recommend Kepler to friends as well. I am always extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the quick turnaround time, and the reasonable price. My latest experience using Kepler Framing, to reframe a small print, was as expected: easy and professional with a beautiful result. Plus, dealing with Ritch Kepler is always a genuine pleasure. I am a client for life!

He did excellent work, suggested some things and did the work on time. His price was fair also.

Far better than any reasonable expectation! We called to see if he did this sort of repair, were invited to bring the mirror to him and did so within the hour. He sized up the problem, gave us an estimate of cost and delivery time. We went away happy with the estimates.

Less than two days later--much sooner than expected--the mirror was ready for us to pick up. The work was beautifully done and structurally sound. We expect no problems for the next 80 years or so.

We'll go back to Kepler framing the next time we need anything framed, for sure.

Rich is a pleasant, straightforward man, and he provided knowledgeable guidance on choices, responsive and flexible. The work was done beautifully and quickly (one week), just as promised. The location (just beyond the one-lane bridge on Macarthur) provided the additional opportunity of stopping by the Bethesda Co-op! Great experience all around.

The master framer is really good and helped me choose an appropriate frame. He gave me good advice on what would go well and what won't. The work that he did was superb. I contacted Ritch with a very time-sensitive job, one that I needed turned around quickly. Because he had framed something similar for me recently, and I knew that I wanted the same exact treatment, I was able to give Ritch a heads-up the week before. When I brought in the piece to be framed, he had all of the materials needed already in hand and ready to go. Not only did he do a terrific job, but he completed it sooner than he had originally estimated, within 24 hours. I was extremely pleased.

Rich returned my call very quickly and we arranged to meet at his home framing shop the next weekend. He was extremely courteous and had very good suggestions on how to frame our prints.
