Description of Work: My wife and I had a very pleasant meeting with Paul Jeffs, president of the company, at which he studied the house remodeling plans our architect had provided. He then recounted the positive experiences he had working with our architect in the past. He asked for a copy of the architectural drawings *several pages), and I had a copies made and left a phone message that I had left them at T.W. Perry where his runner supposedly picked them up. When I did not hear from him for another 10 days, I called and he said he would have a bid for me at the latest the next day. When nothing happened for another week, I send him an email asking him to reply indicating whether he was still interested in our project. Still no response.
