My parents and sister lived in a big house together and they hired Team Maids in 2003.  They really loved them and they still clean the house in Rockville today!  They recommended I try them and I did in 2004 as I am a widow raising two kids alone and just could not keep ahead of the cleaning of the house.  My son suffered from intense allergies from dust that would get so severe, he would have to be treated in a hospital at times.  I would have to take him several times a year when it got really bad.  I hired Team Maids and those episodes stopped!  I have never had to take my son to the hospital again! 
I have since sold my house and moved in with my mom who now lives in an apartment, yet we still use Team Maids.  My sister and brother still live in the house where we first hired Team Maids and still use them today!
I recommended Team Maids to the people who bought my old house and they hired Team Maids too!
Team Maids are professional, courteous, efficient and are flexible too!  We sometimes will have them come for a special cleaning like around big parties or in my case, when I sold my house and wanted them to do the final cleaning once all my possessions were out of the house.
I definitely would recommend them for anyone who wants a great house cleaning team!!!

I have been using Team Maids for the past six months. They are responsive, thorough and very nice.

The "first-time" cleaning was an awful experience.  They tore a balloon shade and scratched our coffee table.  When I spoke to the owner he insisted there was no way they could have scratched the coffee table "because of the type of cloths they use". I told him it was apparent that they dragged an antique dish across the table instead of picking it up to move it and that was obviously how they scratched the table - but he was obstinate and would not hear of it.  Same thing with my balloon shade - he said there was no way they would have torn it without telling him.  Aside from that, my husband and I had to straighten about 10 of our pictures that hang on the walls throughout the house because they must have dusted them but left them hanging crooked.  It was the oddest thing.  In addition, they had many of our photo's that were horizontal sitting vertical and vice versa on all of our tables around our home.  Again, when i spoke to the owner about this, he was incredibly stubborn.  He kept insisting that his staff needed to "learn how we like our things".  They left furniture that was next to outlets partially pulled out away from the outlets - and lampshades were crooked everywhere.  It wasn't that the staff needed to "learn" how we liked our things - I doubt any of them leave their own lampshades tilted and their own furniture pulled half way out from the wall, etc.  It was very obvious that they just didn't take pride in their work and they didn't care to leave our home looking nice for us.  Those were the worst things but they also neglected to clean basic areas throughout our home.  They did not dust my desk or the items on my desk - or the bookcase shelves in the kitchen.  They did not empty the trash can in my office.  They vacuumed the master bedroom closet - but just pushed the vacuum up against my neatly lined shoes.  There were lots of "misses" like this - not what I would expect when I am paying $300 for a first time clean for a 1,500 square foot home.
