Meadows Farms Nurseries & Landscaping

I was not pleased with them. It is a very popular nursery company. I think they must have contracted out to this company. They did a fairly good job, but my kids told me it was too much money. I did not like them because they did not do the steps on my deck. I had to keep calling them back telling them they needed to do this. They did not do their work. This one was my fault because I should have known better. I was not pleased with all of the work they did. I think they came from Maryland. They left a lot of my landscape out back. It looked like they just threw things together for me. It did not look like they put the deck in right. The nails in the deck did not look right after the deck settled. They also used some bricks for landscaping. It seemed to me like it was a job unfinished. Meadow Farms should have recommended flowers, but they didn't. The porch looks nice, but I can't walk on it because I know what is underneath it. It was not the price. It was the work and I like a company that communicates with you. I had to tell them to secure the steps and to put a rail on the patio. I had discovered a lot of things they did not do. They took a shortcut. It is not a big deck, it is very small. He said he could do the patio and did a beautiful drawing as an artist. I should have looked at the material first, so it is not all their fault. It looked like they just bought off the rack for what they used. I think it was just the contractor they had. He did not respond a lot of time. They never called to ask if I was pleased with it. They came and did the job.
