Mr. Ford did an excellent job on both transactions. He gave us excellent advice in finding and negotiating our new home. He helped us find a home that exceeded our expectations in about one week, negotiated an outstanding purchase price, and assisted us in finding financing so that we were able to close in about three weeks after submitting an offer. He also gave us excellent advice in setting the rental price for our old house so that we got a tenant in less than one month while other houses for rent on the same street are still waiting for a tenant. He did a good job marketing the property so that we got a couple of applications a day, giving us our pick of potential tenants.
