She explained the steps involved in purchasing a house, put us in touch with good inspectors and other professionals needed for the transaction and quickly became a trusted resource for all of our questions. We had several constraints, contingencies and other extenuating circumstances in this difficult housing market, and Jillian worked well within them. She was attentive and helped us refine our search as it progressed, often visiting potential houses before my wife and I in order to save our time (e.g., if she visited a home that we had identified based on its listing as a potential fit and after seeing it she did not think it would meet our needs, we could focus on other properties). We saw several dozen houses in a couple of months and she provided quick comps on several of them as we narrowed the field. When we did find a home that we really liked she made it happen for us in a very short time period ? offers and counter-offers were squared away within a few days and we closed within a month, even thought the house was occupied when we saw it. She is warm, professional, very knowledgeable, has a great attitude and impeccable integrity. I really can?t recommend her strongly enough; if we move again within the area she will be the first person we call.

I do not think that words can accurately describe just how happy I am that I was referred to Jillian. From start to finish, Jillian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There are LOTS of REALTORs to choose from, but I have to tell you, Jillian is by far, the most educated, caring, understanding, professional and hard working REALTOR that I have ever met.
