Very professional. Technician explained what he and his colleague were doing, answered all of my questions.
The $600.00 final cost to me reflected rebates from the Small Town Energy Program (STEP) and PEPCO. Normal cost would have been just under $3,000.00.
They were very responsive to all of our needs and questions. They performed our home energy audit promptly and were able to complete the reinsulation of our second floor quickly.
We have already seen a huge improvement in the climate control of our upstairs and will be reprogramming our thermostat downward again for winter nights. We anticipate being able to make similar changes to our energy use in the summer, come air conditioning season.
