garbage collection
 + -1 moreOver the last several months, the company has failed to pick-up garbage at least once a week, apprioximating 2-3 times per month. When calls are made to inquire, their phone typically rings endlessly and does not allow the caller to leave a message. On the rare cases when someone can be reached, they state they'll research and reply back soon, but never do. We are paying for service we infrequently receive.
Description of Work: Company provides garbage pick-up service twice a week. We have made all of our payments on a timely basis.
