I think the quality of his work. The end result was quite nice and was what I expected it to be. They did fix some of the wiring in the ceiling which was nice. I didn't get a second quote because the ceiling had just fallen so we wanted to get in done. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great. It was average. I would recommend them to others because the end result was nice, but I would hope the service was a little better. They weren't as punctual as they could have been.
