Six months ago Billy installed a factory antenna w/ excellent results. It recently lost signal. He came out to do troubleshooting; the unit was dead. The company sent a free replacement. He could not come soon, then needed to postpone the install date by one day. He arrived and immediately went up to the 2nd story roof to accomplish his job. Had a clear signal once again. Excellent work as usual by him!

Billy is technically excellent, a great communicator & excellent w/ customers. Was responsive from first email/text through completion. I had cut the TV cord & wanted to supplement the streaming device. When he sent the proposal, I had misinterpreted one part of the proposal, telling him it was too high. He explained the particular sentence was for any EXTRA cost IF he encountered problems. That was reasonable. The job was expensive but working at that height is dangerous. The charge will pay for itself in just a few months. He needed the signed contract and offered an alternate electronic way to send that. When everything was connected he showed me how everything worked. We were both pleased w/ the picture clarity and sound quality. Another job well done by him.

The team arrived as scheduled, they were professional, cleaned up after the job was complete. We had a good conversation on placement of lights. Billy was very responsive to inquires and communicated often on the estimate and overall job. We would highly recommend Billy and his team to family and friends.

Outstanding! Extremely responsive. Got out there very quickly and found out that the well company had hooked up in the wrong place. Could’ve done all kinds of things and over charged me but was very honest.

Beautifully. Billy stayed in contact from beginning to end via email, including today's hiccup of the store not having the requested light kit as they had promised. Billy and Sean were professional, efficient and friendly. The kit had some defect, which they remedied. Allowed me to watch the process and ask questions.. Excellent work. Highly recommend.

Billy was punctual and knowledgeable. When I first contacted him he was polite and informed me that a site survey was needed to give me the most accurate quote available. He also informed that since he is a Generac certified technician and master electrician he was not only able perform the work I needed to standard but he would be able to give me the best price on the Generac equipment. After getting the permits and generator delivered his team was able to install the generator and get the system inspected in a timely manner. I am happy and with storm season upon us I can rest easy that my AC will run cool and my fridge will stay cold rain, snow, or shine. I will even still have hot water for showers.

It went fairly well. I spoke with the representative and ordered the cameras. He scheduled for a week later and it took them a few days to set everything up.
