We provide a computer-generated report complete with summary pages and digital photos, delivered via email within 24 hours of the completed inspection. The inspection itself was terrific. Eric took us through every aspect of the house, from the HVAC system to the plumbing fixtures to the attic. Not only did he go over everything with a fine-toothed comb, he also took the time to explain what he saw and what he was doing. He never seemed remotely rushed and I have no doubt he would have stayed for several more hours if we'd had more questions.
He also provided a bunch of great maintenance tips for us, which should prove extremely useful once we've moved in. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated his willingness to explain how the systems worked and what we should do to ensure their longevity.
The inspection report was detailed and easy to use, with photographs Eric had taken and plenty of diagrams. We will be printing out a copy to keep handy for questions!
