They evaluated an ant problem we had with ants coming into the house and sprayed the perimiter, set traps near where they thought the nest was and signed us up for a recurring service to treat our house that is located in a heavily wooded area.  4 weeks later we still had occasional ants coming into the house and they came back and re-treated.  Both times it was the same technician, he was courteous and on time.

I was very pleased with the overall service. The technician was very courteous and professional. Any problems that we were experiencing have been eliminated at this time. We hope to have a long and successful relationship with the service provider.

They are on an ongoing basis and come out every quarter. We pay an annual charge on the termite control and pay every quarter for the general treatment. They spray inside as well as out. There are two different procedures. They come quarterly for the termites. We have some baited traps in the house and we have sentricon outside of the house. They come to check the baited traps inside the house to see if there is any activity and to check the sentricon stations outside of the house to see if there is any activity. So I have two different sets of Enviro Tech people coming quarterly. I find them responsive. When I have had issues where I have thought that something has run amok with the termites, I would call them and the girl was usually there that day or the next day. They have always been very responsive and very quick. I thought their price was reasonable. I want to say that the termite control is around $300.00 a year but I am not sure. They have different offices and different franchises and our people come out of Harpers Ferry West Virginia.

They use environmental friendly products. They are affordable. The guy who runs the company is very knowledgeable. He is entomologist. He knows bugs and things like that. It?s a local company too. If there is any problem they come right out. According to the contract if there is any problem within the 3 months they will come out and spray for it. Overall there have been ups and downs with the quality. They are very punctual; if I tell them to come at the beginning of the summer instead of winter they do it. I pay too much. Last year we had 3 birds that had flown into our vent and they came out and dealt with it. The guy who came out was very patient. They were very professional. We had somebody else come in and clean. He coordinated it. He was really good about that. There?s a lots of stories like that.
