!00% rotten. The service was simple but important to a dying man who would have benefited in terms of quality of life. After 20 months, Goldsmith claimed that the 60% of the job done was all that he was contracted for (untrue), though full payment had been made. Let me advise you regarding Michael Goldsmith whose home is in Frederick County, Maryland: 1-- write an AIRTIGHT contract that the courts will recognize. 2-- be sure to nail down the price REAL good. 3--REALLY nail down the completion date estimate 4--MAKE SURE you spell out his legal responsibilities should you have to go to court ; you don't want the possibility of subcontractors being blamed (wherein you will have a mini-Gulf oil spill-type blame game to deal with) 5-- SPELL OUT in no uncertain terms, leaving no legal loopholes, just what work HE is to do
