Akhtar, Dr. Haroon

We were new to the area and to the practice, and overall we were pleased. Everyone in the office was great except for the nurse who brought us back. My son got out of school late, so we were 10 minutes late for the appointment (but I had gone in earlier that afternoon to pre-fill out all the paperwork). She had a frustrated attitude when she took us back, and seemed mad when my son asked to use the bathroom. She reminded us that there are other patients that had appointments they had to keep. When my son whispered to me "She hates me" and after I assured the nurse we would try not to take too much of her time, she softened her attitude and was fine. It was just a very awkward first visit to this practice. Dr. Ashtar seemed like he did a fine job with the physical -- he was knowledgeable and personable.
