Ultimate Home Concepts

When my partners and I needed to relocate our store, we were directed to Marshall Wright of Ultimate Home Concepts to do the job. We had many delicate fixtures that needed to be dealt with as well as a complete renovation in our new space. Our new space was also a difficult configuration in which we had to make room for dressing rooms, a back office, storage, and many spaces in which to display our merchandise. Ultimate Home Concepts provided an excellent plan and was able to do everything without the use of subcontractors. A one stop shop, Ultimate Home Concepts got the job done on time and within our budget. Our end result was a beautiful store that appeased to the eye of all of our customers. We were thrilled!

I got the company info as a referral from a friend who also had work done recently. Marshal was friendly and professional. I was impressed with the price and the finished product but what I really thought was great was how clean they were through out the project. It was a job well done.

Our deck we wanted a specialty pattern to be on the deck to give it charecter. Marshall came up with a designed we both loved.Helped us locate the materials at a great price. We also wanted to have the floow installed without any nails visable. He found a specialty installation process with an acrylic clib that was perfect. Now we have a custom deck with 2 tone colors and a hand made gate that incorporates the rod iron bars from the railing as well. No to very low maintenance as well.
On a personal note, this is really great. We had a birds nest under our deck that was being demolished so the new one could go in. We are extreme animal lovers and didn't want to harm the nest as it had 3 newly hatched babies. Marshall actually helped us remove the nest find a way to re attach it to the new deck so it was in the same location for the mother when she returned. He was careful to not touch the nest as well. The mom came back that night and the babies stayed there until they were all ready to move on for the winter. That was really cool and thoughtful of him. He could have just kept going on the demo , but he stopped and asked us what we wanted to do.
Again this is just one of many projects we have used him for.
