Starving Students Movers Inc

So many things went wrong with this simple move. All I needed moved was one (very heavy) treadmill. I requested (and was quoted for) three movers to do the job. On the day of the move, only two showed up. The paperwork he had listed only two movers, but the paperwork that was sent to me showed three. The mover asked if I might be able to round up some of my friends to help. (If I was able to do that, I'd have no need to pay a moving company!) I asked them to call another mover since I stayed home from work to be at one location and another person stayed home from work to be at the other. They could not get another mover and had to reschedule for the next day. (I should add that there were many back and forth phone calls on the initial day between myself, the movers and their manager. Communication across the board was very poor. The movers even left when the decision was made that they were coming back later and no one ever let me know until I called back.) They agreed to take $50 off my price for the inconvenience.
When they returned, they loaded up the treadmill on their truck and delivered it from one location to the other. I'm not sure if they stopped for lunch or took a round-about route, but it took them three times as long as it should have to get from one location to the other just 15 miles away (mostly highway driving).
To avoid carrying the treadmill a longer distance, they asked if they could drive into my backyard to get closer to the door. I had some planks of wood under my deck that they laid down on the grass. I gave them the OK, but that was a mistake. When they left, they just left the wood where they laid it down in the yard. (And it completely messed up the grass in the spots that they drove over.)
I called several times to dispute the length of time of the move (due to the unreasonably long transportation time) which increased the quoted price a good bit and was eventually told that I could file a dispute through the website. I did so and never received any type of communication back before just giving up.
I would never use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Went great.

They were reasonably priced. I would recommend them. They were good and were on time. They came in, did the work, and they did not even scratch any furniture.
